We are looking for female hotel receptionists to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Job Requirements:
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year in hotel reception or a related field
✅ Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written)
✅ Skills:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
✔ Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
✔ Manage reservations and room assignments
✔ Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
✔ Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
✔ Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
✔ Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
