About the job As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting various aspects of human resources, employee engagement, and operational functions. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of HR-related processes. Responsibilities: Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees, including conducting orientation sessions, coordinating paperwork completion, and conducting exit interviews.
Manage HR-related documentation, data entry, and employee records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to foster a positive work culture and sense of community.
Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment processes, assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, and collaborate with external providers as needed.
Assist in disseminating HR-related communications, policy updates, and relevant information to employees.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and contribute to ad-hoc HR-related tasks as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
3+ years of proven experience in People operations and employee engagement functions.
Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and Jordan employment laws.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
