The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can improve performance, implement systems, and drive profitability. nKey Responsibilities:nOversee and manage operations of all company branches, ensuring consistent standards and high performance. nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization. nMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, inventory turnover, shrinkage, operational costs, and customer satisfaction. nConduct regular field visits to branches to evaluate performance, identify issues, and provide hands-on support. nTrain, coach, and evaluate branch managers to build a high-performing team. nOptimize supply chain, inventory management, and logistics processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency. nPrepare monthly and quarterly operational reports and present insights to senior management. nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence. nEnsure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations. nRequirements & Qualifications:nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. nMinimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, with at least 3 years handling multi-branch operations (Retail Distribution experience is a strong plus). nProven track record in improving branch performance and achieving business targets. nStrong knowledge of Odoo systems, inventory management software, and advanced Excel nExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. nWillingness to travel frequently between branches.
