مطلوب مراقب الأداء لدى مـركز الحـسين للسـرطان في عمان Performance Controller Job Description and Requirements King Hussein Cancer Center is seeking to hire the following vacancy: Performance controller The performance controller is responsible for analyzing the performance and work activities of Material Management units, to identify the key performance indicators of the department and to report any misconduct. Responsibilities and Duties: Analyzes the department daily operations, monitor and report any discrepancies and noncompliance to KHCC and departmental policies and procedures to the management
Participates in setting the units KPIs and targets and defining potential areas of improvement
Contributes to the planning and implementation of the units policies and procedures
Collaborates and coordinates with the concerned units to set the performance improvement action plans based on the performance measurement reports and yearly results
Maintains knowledge and educates the department staff on departmental and KHCC policies and procedures, code of conduct and conflict of interest.
Performs any related task as requested by the direct supervisor. Education & Professional Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or any related field
5 years’ experience in a similar field such as quality control, financial control.
Good command of English / Good Communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
