Adreminvest company is looking for “Senior HR officer “ Location: Baghdad – Karadah Years of experience: 4 Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration. Support performance management processes, including appraisals, training, and career development programs. Maintain and update HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management on workplace matters. Assist in organizational development, succession planning, and workforce management strategies. Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
