Job Announcement: Human Resources Officer Reetaj Food Distribution and Trading Company is seeking a Human Resources Officer according to the following requirements: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR within industrial companies. Ability to manage a team of at least 200 employees. Job Responsibilities: Prepare HR reports and submit them to senior management. Set performance standards and evaluate employees. Draft employment contracts and related documents. Schedule shifts and tasks for employees. Manage payroll, bonuses, and leave organization. Recruit and hire new employees based on required qualifications. Develop employees’ skills and provide training while acting as a liaison between management and staff. Introduce employees to company policies and ensure compliance. Full knowledge of labor laws and social security regulations. Maintain and update employee records. Monitor and organize leave requests and absences. Salary: 700 JOD.
