Amman Drug and Trading Company is lookoing to hire a Logistics & Sales Administration –Administrative Assistant Main responsibilities: ·Inventory control and forecasting ensuring availability of the products within the set KPI’s. ·Follow up on availability of the products. ·Raising orders with vendors. ·Stock and Sales analysis and reporting. ·Prepare correspondences. ·Support all sales teams in targets, reports, …etc ·Report feedback, Problems and Progress. ·Organize & Maintain all data and documents. ·Administrative tasks including data entry. Essential Competencies for this post: ·BSc. in Supply Chain, Logistics, MIS, Business administration, or any other related field ·Advanced Computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint ·Excellent English communication skills. ·Enjoy working with numbers and having good analysis skills. ·Tolerate working under pressure. ·Hard worker, Passionate, Self Motivated & Results Oriented. ·Having a Team Spirit. ·Good time managements skills, sense of urgency & able to prioritize. ·Work effectively towards multiple deadlines ·Excellent attention to details.
