About the Role: We seek an experienced and dedicated Junior / Senior Education Counselor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the higher education system in Saudi Arabia, particularly in guiding students. This is an on-site role, requiring someone familiar with local universities who can work closely with students to help them achieve their academic goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert counseling to students regarding university admissions in Riyadh, guiding them through the application process.
Conduct visits to schools, universities, and educational institutions to promote Yes Atlas’ services.
Organize and participate in educational events, fairs, and exhibitions to represent the company.
Assist students in selecting suitable universities and programs based on their academic background and career aspirations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest admissions requirements, scholarships, and deadlines for Riyadh universities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local educational institutions.
Conduct workshops, webinars, or one-on-one sessions to inform students about study options, admission processes, and career prospects.
Ensure that students meet deadlines for applications, exams, and other requirements.
Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the application process and provide high-quality service to students.
Meet performance goals related to student recruitment and enrollment. Requirements: Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in university counseling.
Strong interpersonal skills and building rapport with students and university representatives.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
Strong interest in school visits and participating in educational events.
Visionary mindset with the ability to plan and implement initiatives that enhance the company’s reach and reputation.
