Oversee the implementation of mechanical systems throughout all phases of the construction
project, from initial planning to final inspection within budget.
Prepare and develop detailed specifications and technical documentation for mechanical
equipment and materials.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are
met within budget and on schedule.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure mechanical systems meet required
specifications and standards.
Conduct inspections and testing to verify system performance and compliance with safety
regulations.
Ensure mechanical designs and systems comply with relevant industry codes, regulations, and
safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including design drawings, change
orders, and construction progress reports.
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding the status of mechanical

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management, oil and gas experience
preferable in the field of liquified natural Gas and compressed natural Gas or marine
mechanical works .
Familiar with FIDIC contracts such as but not limited to lump sum turnkey LSTK contracts and
construction contracts.

growth, innovation, and sustainable competitive advantage.
Align with respective teams and departments to ensure the portfolios of projects are aligned
with respective strategic goals in an aim to achieve the best possible outcome.
Take the enterprise planning process forward while ensuring alignment between long-term
strategic goals and project portfolios, adjusting plans and resource allocations as necessary.
Support the allocation of organizational resources in line with the strategy, including human
and financial resources in line with the strategy, in collaboration with respective departments.
Prioritize projects based on their strategic value, resource availability, and expected returns.
Produce regular performance reports, dashboards, and strategic reviews for the executive
team to monitor the achievement of strategic goals as per the agreed upon plans.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's in business administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree
or MBA is a plus.
6+ years of experience in strategy development, enterprise planning, strategic performance
management, project portfolio management, or a similar role.
Experience with corporate strategy development and integration of performance
management processes.
Experience with Balanced Scorecard methodology or similar.
