If you are passionate about travel, have a customer-centric mindset, and possess the skills and knowledge to excel in ticket reservation, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: 1- Handle air ticket reservations and bookings using GDS systems (Travelport, Amadeus, and Sabre). 2- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service. 3- Manage and resolve any issues related to ticketing or reservations. 4- Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, fare calculations, and schedule adjustments. Qualifications and Skills: 1- Basic knowledge of ticketing and GDS systems (Travelport, Amadeus, and Sabre). 2- V.Good in both English and Arabic (spoken and written). 3- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a soft-spoken and approachable demeanor. 4- Presentable and professional appearance.
