Position Title : Senior sea freight operations. Responsibilities * Handel all export & import activities, encompassing documentation, shipping, and logistics, to uphold seamless operations and punctual delivery of goods. • Handel all export/import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, pricing and certificates of origin, ensuring precision and completeness. • Act as the central liaison for customers concerning export & import orders, offering superior customer service and addressing any queries or concerns promptly and effectively. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Experience years :35 years in sea freight export & import operations, preferably supervisory role. Excellent command in English Language. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software applications. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
