Volunteer opportunities We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Sales Manager for Export Markets (Exports, Caucasus and Central Asia) to support and manage sales operations in the Caucasus and Central Asia region, who is eager to grow and develop in an international sales environment. The successful candidate will manage distributors relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring smooth operations within the assigned regions, contributing to the company’s growth in these dynamic markets. What you’ll do: Distributors Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors in the Caucasus and Central Asia.
Identify and onboard new distributors to expand the company’s footprint.
Monitor distributor performance and provide support to ensure sales targets are achieved. Sales Operations: Support the implementation of sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the region.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, and marketing) to ensure timely product delivery and alignment with market strategies.
Liaise with finance and compliance teams to ensure adherence to budgets, credit policies, and regulatory requirements
Analyze market trends, sales data, and distributor feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Managing sales forecasts, pricing, invoicing, and payment processes.
Support promotional activities and initiatives in collaboration with distributors. Reporting and Administration: Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Maintain accurate records of distributor agreements and shipment schedules.
Address routine inquiries from distributors and internal stakeholders promptly. What you bring to BIC: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales + exports or distributors management.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with distributors and internal teams.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Readiness to travel up to 4 times/year
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools Key Competencies: Results-driven.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving and initiative-taking with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
