Qualifications and Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in ticketing operations.
Proficiency in the Amadeus system is mandatory.
Expertise in ticket sales and ticketing operations.
Demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in event ticketing is highly desirable.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of travel industry trends.
Familiarity with ticketing software systems.
Prior experience in a supervisory role within the travel or ticketing sector.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage ticketing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all ticketing activities.
