As Received Vacancy: Contact Center Team Leader We are looking for a professional Team Leader to join our Call Center team. If you possess strong leadership skills and expertise in sales, quality, and operations, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Lead the call center team to achieve sales targets - Ensure high-quality customer experiences by monitoring performance and developing the team - Efficiently manage the daily operations of the call center to meet operational goals - Analyze team performance and propose improvements to achieve optimal results - Provide regular reports on sales, quality, and operational performance to senior management - Train and motivate the team to reach their full potential.
