Pioneers Academy has an urgent hiring – FEMALE Accountant to join our dynamic team, The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen. Responsibilities • Record and maintain daily financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner. • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate ledger maintenance • Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenues to ensure financial stability. • Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. • Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions. • Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
