Office Manager We are seeking an Office Manager with expertise in the car rental industry, daily office operations and manage staff, to join our team in Amman, Jordan. Requirements: -Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration or a similar role. -Strong communication and managerial skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities. -Fluency in both Arabic and English (English proficiency is required). -Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. -Preferably with experience in the car rental industry. -Ability to work under pressure and take on responsibility. Key Responsibilities: -Overseeing daily office operations and supervising staff. -Organizing and coordinating bookings and appointments. -Handling customer inquiries and providing support. -Managing administrative documentation and maintaining organized records. -Improving office workflow and ensuring quality service.
