Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring efficient and effective production processes in blown film extrusion and/or flex printing. This role involves managing a team of operators, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring product quality standards are met. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in blown film extrusion or flex printing.
