Job Description:
As a Ventilations & HVAC Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our ventilation products to clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding clients’ ventilation needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This role requires technical expertise in ventilation systems and strong sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in need of ventilation solutions and HVAC products.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ ventilation requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Present and demonstrate our ventilation products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring alignment with their ventilation needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to ventilation systems and HVAC technology.
Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth and success in the ventilation sector.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 23 years of experience in sales, with a focus on ventilation systems or HVAC.
Strong technical knowledge of ventilation products and their applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
