A marketing Specialist provides administrative and creative support to the marketing department. They work closely with marketing managers and other team members to help develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage brand assets, and track marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with marketing campaigns, including developing and executing social media campaigns, creating, and distributing marketing materials, and managing events.
Manage brand assets, such as logos, images, and videos.
Track marketing performance, using analytics tools to measure campaigns’ effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Familiarity with social media marketing tools.
Skills:
Marketing software, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Social media marketing.
Content creation.
Graphic design.
Public relations.
