About the Role
As the Marketing Manager for SIXT Libya, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for creating a strong brand presence in the Libyan market, building relationships with key partners, and overseeing all aspects of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to achieve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Manage all aspects of the marketing budget, including online advertising, social media marketing, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local media outlets and influencers.
• Create compelling marketing materials and content that resonate with the target audience.
• Oversee the website and social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Support the sales team by generating leads and promoting special offers.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of the Libyan market (preferred).
• A passion for the automotive industry and a strong desire to succeed.
