Function :
We are looking for IT Help Desk Engineers to join our technical support team. Your main role will be to provide technical support and problem solving to our customers and help them use our products and services efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Provide high quality technical support to customers via phone, email and ticket system.
– Diagnose and solve technical problems effectively and promptly.
– Resolve hardware and software issues (laptops and desktops, HPE Gen 10 servers, HPE MSA, HP Automount Backup Module.).
– Printers (regular daily troubleshooting support).
– Supporting regular users, according to ICT department policy.
– Microsoft products (operating system and Office applications).
– Troubleshoot network connection errors.
– Support VoIP system.
– Support application backup.
– Supporting storage units and maintaining servers.
– Documentation and reporting.
– Escalate the problem when necessary.
Requirements :
• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering/Information Technology/University
The applicant must be from the city of Tripole, Sabratha or the city of Zuwara
• english language
• CCNA: Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation
• CompTIA A+
• International Computer Driving License
• +6 months of experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to solve problems independently and work under pressure.
