Job Title: Accountant cum Data Entry cum PRO Executive (Lebanese Restaurant)
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team at a well-established Lebanese restaurant as an Accountant, Data Entry and PRO Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, be proficient in data entry, and possess excellent knowledge of UAE's Public Relations Officer (PRO) responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounting and bookkeeping tasks for the restaurant
2. Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
3. Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases with precision and efficiency
4. Handle PRO duties, such as processing visas, work permits, and other legal documents, and coordinating with government agencies
5. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth business operations
6. Provide administrative support, including filing, document management, and scheduling appointments
7. Prepare financial reports and analysis as required
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
4. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
5. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
6. Must have valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
7. Working knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and other PRO-related matters
8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
