Key Responsibilities:nnProvide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. nManage and organize office correspondence, including emails, memos, and phone calls. nPrepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and meeting minutes. nCoordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff. nMaintain and update office records, filing systems, and databases to ensure easy access and confidentiality. nAssist in procurement and inventory control of office supplies and equipment. nSupport HR and Finance departments with documentation, timesheets, and expense tracking. nHandle visitor management, greeting guests and coordinating meeting logistics. nAssist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and data summaries as required. nCoordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for office maintenance. nEnsure the office environment is well-organized and compliant with company policies and safety standards. nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives for administrative efficiency and workflow management. nnQualifications & Skills:nnDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. n12 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or construction environment (GCC experience preferred). nProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). nExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. nStrong written and verbal communication abilities in English (Arabic is an advantage). nHigh level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
