Our experienced team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed expectationsrnrnrnKey Responsibilities:rnrnIdentify and target clients in real estate, hospitality, or commercial leasing sectors.rnDevelop and execute sales plans to meet targets.rnConduct market research to spot trends and opportunities.rnBuild and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and industry professionals.rnCollaborate with the design team to create tailored architectural solutions.rnDeliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.rnNegotiate contracts and pricing for mutual benefit.rnrnrnQualifications:rnrnBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.rnExperienced in sales, ideally within the architectural or construction industry.rnKnowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building needs. rnExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.rnProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.rnExcellent in Arabic and EnglishrnOnly Omani and live in MuscatrnrnrnSend your CV to [email protected]
