Duties and responsibilitiesn•tSupport the Contracts Manager in managing tendering, contract documentation, and commercial processes while ensuring compliance and accuracy. n•tReview and prepare tender documents, NDAs, and technicalcommercial pre-tender agreements. n•tDraft and summarize contract terms, conditions, and risk assessments. n•tMaintain organized records of tenders, bids, and contract documents. n•tAssist in developing project-specific terms and flow-down provisions. n•tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in individual services, plant supply, and landscaping. n•tAssist in preparing variation orders and claims with supporting documentation. n•tSchedule meetings and record minutes related to contractual matters. n•tResearch new contract opportunities and support business development efforts. n•tContract Management, Tendering Process, Documentation Control, Risk Analysis, Communication, Business Development. n•tIdentifying and securing new, sustainable contracting opportunities. n•tSales targets will be defined within the performance indicators. n•tPerform any other duties or additional tasks as assigned based on business requirementsnnnQualifications and Certifications n•tBachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. n•tProven experience in securing contracting opportunities within the facilities management sector. n•tExperience in the Gulf market, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Omani market. n•tMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Landscaping or soft services (cleaning, security, pest control). nSkills nnnInterested candidates please send your CV to : [ ].
