
Responsible for defining and executing sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue growth nin the Oman IT Infrastructure market. The role focuses on identifying new business nopportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales across IT Infrastructure, Cloud nServices, Enterprise Solutions, and Managed Services. nKey Tasks and Duties n1. Strategic Business Development & Market Penetration n Develop and execute go-to-market and territory plans targeting high-growth IT ninfrastructure segments (Data Center, Networking, Cloud, Security). n Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, maintaining a strong sales npipeline. n Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement nstakeholders. n Monitor local market trends, competitor movements, and government initiatives (e. g. , nOman Vision 2040) to position offerings effectively. n2. Sales Cycle Management & Commercial Excellence n Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. n Lead the complete sales cycle—from opportunity identification to contract closure—n including proposal development and bid management. n Negotiate complex commercial contracts, SLAs, and pricing to ensure profitability and ncustomer satisfaction. n Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM entries for all sales activities and pipeline progress. n3. Solution Selling & Technical Collaboration n Conduct consultative sales by aligning client challenges with IT Infrastructure, Cloud, nand Managed Services solutions. n Focus on solution areas such as Cloud Adoption (Azure, AWS), Data Center Services, nCybersecurity, and Enterprise Networking. n Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to tailor solutions, conduct demos, and nensure smooth handover to delivery teams. n. nQualification n Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related ntechnical or management field. nExperience n 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales Management nwithin the IT Infrastructure and Solutions industry. n Strong exposure to the Oman market with established relationships in sectors such as nGovernment, Oil & Gas, and Banking. nRequired Skills n In-depth knowledge of IT domains including Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data nCenter, and Managed Services. n Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. n Strong strategic thinking and ability to articulate business value propositions. n Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing large-scale projects. n Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency preferred). n Valid Omani driving license. nnThanks and RegardsnHuda
