As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated female Business Development Officer (BDO) who has expertise in the event organizing, travel & tourism, and B2 B sectors. The right candidate will help drive growth by acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue.
Compensation Package:
•tBase Salary: Starting From AED 5,000 to 12,000 AED (DEPEND ON THE INTERVIEWER)
•tIncentives:
otQuarterly Incentives based on meeting sales and partnership goals.
otYearly Incentives for exceeding sales and client acquisition targets.
otAdditional Incentives: Attractive bonuses for introducing well-known brands or major B2 B contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
1.tClient Acquisition & Relationship Building:
otIdentify and acquire new corporate clients, event organizers, and tourism businesses (e.g., hotels, travel agencies).
otDevelop strategies to secure long-term partnerships with high-value accounts.
2.tLead Generation & Conversion:
otGenerate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
otConvert leads into sales, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
otMeet quarterly and annual revenue targets
3.tStrategic B2 B Partnerships:
otEstablish and manage partnerships with event planners, travel agencies, and corporate clients for repeat or contract-based business.
otLeverage connections within the tourism and corporate travel sectors to create mutually beneficial relationships.
4.tMarket Research & Industry Knowledge:
otUse your in-depth understanding of the event organizing, travel, and tourism industries to identify new business opportunities.
5.tSales Pipeline Management:
otTrack and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are followed up on promptly.
otMove opportunities through the sales funnel, from initial inquiry to final booking.
6.tCustomer Relationship Management:
otCultivate strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
otRegularly check in with clients to gather feedback and identify additional opportunities for service.
7.tFeedback & Reporting:
otProvide detailed sales and market feedback to senior management, highlighting any client concerns, industry shifts, or new opportunities.
