Join Our Team as a Cashier!
We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team and manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth transactions and enhance customer satisfaction. We are especially interested in candidates from Madagascar or the Philippines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage transactions with customers.
• Collect payments, whether in cash or by card.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Greet customers upon entering or leaving the restaurant.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
Requirements:
• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar sales role.
• Good mathematical skills and basic PC knowledge.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers and POS systems.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
