1. Ensure that the respective areas are well prepared for meal services and counter.
2. Arrange and display foods & beverage items as needed.
3. Ensure good knowledge of menu items.
4. Responsible for the accurate cash register machine transaction without deviation.
5. Ensure proper turnover of cash sales for each and every shift period.
6. Suggesting strategy in order to meet the target sales of the day.
7. Provide good service with nice and pleasant business transaction in all levels of customer.
8. Monitor the non-moving products in order to avoid dump report.
9. Utilize all foods and beverage skills to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
10. Liaise with Production areas in order to achieve on time service.
11. Ensure that the environment and equipment required are according to standard.
12. Prepare and participate in all staff functions.
13. Assists in the service of food and beverage at the respective areas.
