We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction activities, ensuring all site works align with approved shop drawings, design specifications, and project quality standards. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. nKey Responsibilities:n•tReview and interpret shop drawings, ensuring they comply with approved designs and project specifications. n•tSupervise construction activities to verify alignment with approved drawings, standards, and regulations. n•tMonitor site progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines. n•tConduct quality checks on materials and workmanship to maintain compliance with standards. n•tIdentify discrepancies or non-conformities in site works and take corrective actions in coordination with contractors. n•tCollaborate with design consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical or logistical challenges. n•tPrepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation for management. n•tEnsure safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site. nQualifications and Skills:n•tBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. n•tMinimum 5 of experience in site supervision for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. n•tProficiency in reading and reviewing shop drawings and technical documents. n•tStrong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards. n•tFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations. n•tExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. n•tProficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software is an advantage. n•tValid Category C Structural engineering license from CRPEPnEmployment Type: Full-timenLocation: Bahrain and KSAnIf you meet the above requirements and are passionate about ensuring top-quality construction projects, we invite you to apply.
