Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a marketing administrative assistant at Emir Synergy in Algiers. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support, effective communication, strong organizational skills, and assisting with sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills (Arabic, French, English)
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Sales and Marketing skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
Ability to develop creative, engaging, and original social media content
Experience in marketing, sales support, communications, or PR roles
Experience with social media communications, publishing, and management tools
Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn is preferred
Good judgment and problem-solving skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Location: Place Emir Abdelkader, Alger Centre
