Key Responsibilities:nPrepare concept, preliminary, and detailed designs as per project requirementsnDevelop drawings, layouts, 2D3 D models, and design specificationsnCoordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managersnEnsure designs comply with client requirements, standards, and regulationsnAssist in material selection and design optimizationnSupport during project execution to resolve design-related issuesnMaintain proper design documentation and recordsnAttend design review meetings with clients and consultantsnPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQsnAnalyze drawings and specifications for quantity take-offsnMonitor and control project costs throughout executionnEvaluate variation orders, claims, and change requestsnCoordinate with design, procurement, and site teamsnAssist in contract administration and cost reportingnPrepare cost comparison and value engineering reportsnEnsure project remains within approved budgetn Requirements:nBachelor Degree & Diploma Holder Can ApplynMinimum 3–5 years of experience. nGood communication and organizational skills. n Salary & Benefits:nAttractive salary package (based on experience)nCompany accommodations & transportation (if applicable)nOther benefits as per company policy
