
Job Description:nAs the CEO Executive Assistant, you will manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth execution of the CEO’s directives. This is a key role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information. nnKey Responsibilities:n-Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. n-Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations. n-Coordinate communication between the CEO and internalexternal stakeholders. n-Handle confidential documents and maintain the CEO's records. n-Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting agendas. n-Follow up on key tasks and action items to ensure deadlines are met. n-Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the company. nnQualificationsn•tBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencen•tProficient in Microsoft Office suiten•tExperience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsn•tWell-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsn•tStrong written and verbal communication skills
