To support the Facilities Manager in the day to day running of Hospice properties. To
assist with the recording & updating of the planning and implementation of a Planned
Preventative Maintenance programme for all Hospice buildings, plant and equipment
and identified clinical equipment which is documented in a database and can be
evidenced to any outside agencies.
2. To assist with the recording/testing and maintenance of all safety and other security
and nursing systems in accordance with current legislation and Hospice policies.
