Key Responsibilities:nPerform fiber splicing, termination, and testing using OTDR, power meters, and fusion splicers. nTroubleshoot, identify, and repair fiber network issues. nRead and interpret network drawings, splicing diagrams, and blueprints. nMaintain accurate records of splicing activities and test results. nFollow safety procedures and company standards during field operations. nCoordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of installations and repairs. n Requirements:nProven experience as a Fiber Optic Splicer or similar role. nStrong understanding of fiber optic networks and splicing tools. nAbility to work independently and outdoors under various conditions. nGood communication and teamwork skills. nValid driver’s license preferred. nTechnical certification in fiber optics or telecommunications is an advantage. n Benefits:nCompetitive salary packagenAccommodation and transportation (if applicable)nOvertime opportunitiesnProfessional development and training
