Job brief
We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written), and Hindi would be an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication & co-ordination
Knowledge of Flight Bookings & Reservations.
Calendar Management & Scheduling Appointments for CEO.
High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
Female Applicants who are attractive, have a dynamic positive personality, can multitask, and are available to start immediately can only walk in between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays.
