This role combines HR responsibilities, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, with administrative tasks such as office management, scheduling, and general coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and administration, with a strong understanding of Dubai’s labor laws and hospitality operations. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation for both limousine and holiday homes teams - Process payroll, manage benefits, and address employee queries - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies - Handle office management, supplies, and facility coordination - Assist with scheduling, meetings, and company events - Support day-to-day administrative functions across both businesses *Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in HR or administration, ideally in the hospitality or transportation sectors - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software - Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
