Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel files.
Manage HR databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Administer performance evaluation processes and track employee attendance.
Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
Familiarity with HR software and databases.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
