Duties & Responsibilitiesnn1. tOverall Role & Responsibilitiesna. tSupervise & Coordinate all HR & Administration activities to ensure smooth functioning of the department. nb. tImplement policies & plans developed by the Top Management and ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law at all times. nc. tAct as custodian of HR & Admin Policies & Procedural Manual. nd. tLiaise with Management to address topics raised by Omani Union and communicate effectively between both parties. ne. tMaintain a customer centric approach to addressing department and end user department issues and provide solutions with a practical and cost-conscious approach. nf. tProvide monthly (or other periodic) reports to management on several key aspects such as employee data, benefits, leave, visa status, cost saving etc. ng. tEnsure optimal use of ERP Portal and other electronic systems for tracking and maintaining information as per company’s procedures. nh. tUpdate records and data for audits and ISO Certification. ni. tProvide required assistance in registration in Govt. u002 FSemi Govt. Organization like DCRP, Tender Board, PAEW RCA etc. nj. tImplement cost saving measures. nk. tData on absconding Employees. nl. tRepresent Company in legal issues, of and all nature & coordinate with our lawyers & PROs. nn2. tHuman Resourcesna. tConduct interviews to Recruit Omanis. nb. tParticipate in staff induction program in co-ordination with team members and HODs. nc. tEvaluate team member performance and recommend increment & bonus terminations etc. including evaluating performance of any Omani staff within the organization. nd. tAssesses Training needs and Organize employee trainings in co-ordination with HODs. ne. tMust manage to terminate all Nonperforming employees. nf. tEnsure a system is implemented to issue warning letters to all employees. ng. tMust highlight nonperforming staff to management. nn3. tAdministration Dutiesnna. tMaintain good relationship with Ministries in order to obtain necessary Clearances u002 F documents & permits within acceptable timeframe. nb. tVerify and Approve Time sheet u002 FLeaveu002 FException forms of Omani Employees. nc. tUndertake necessary studies and gathers information pertaining to new governmental policies & procedures. nd. tManage Group-wide labour clearances and visas status at all times. ne. tConduct Camp inspections to determine HR and Admin requirements or modifications for both staff and workers accommodations. nf. tMaintain record of Rental land and premises and associated company assets. ng. tEnsure correct implementation of employee benefits policies including use of accommodation, air ticket, medical, vehicle assignment, etc. nh. tMaintain appropriate employees information such as employment files, passports, and other necessary documentationu002 Frecords. ni. tCoordinate all event management activities including CSR initiatives and Employee morale activities (Sports day, festivals celebration, etc. )nj. tManage Group of companies activities related to HR & Adminnk. tApply visa clearance permits as when requires and obtain them within in specified time frame. nl. tTransfer employee visas appropriately and on the as per with MOM regulations. nm. tEnsure employee visasu002 Fresident cards u002 Fpassports are renewal on time and maintain records for the same. nn. tAttend to any Omani employee time to time and resolve legal cases pending u002 Fupcoming pertaining to any Govt. sector, ROP etc. no. tOther related Activity as stipulated by management on ADHOC basis.
