
Roles & Responsibilitiesn•tAssist the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks. n•tAssist in preparing job descriptions and posting job ads on portals and social media. n•tAssist new hires with joining formalities and orientation. n•tMaintain employee records and databases with updated personal and job-related information. n•tMaintain HR files, employee attendance, leave records, and other personnel documents. n•tSupport payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data. n•tAssist with filing and maintaining compliance documents as per company and legal requirements. n•tAct as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related questions and concerns. n•tAssist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. nnSkills & Qualificationsn•tDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. n•t1–2 years experience in HR or administrative support role.
