
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective distribution of FMCGother products across assigned territories in Oman. Sales & Revenue Generationnn* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. n* Increase product distribution and market share within assigned territories. n* Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail, wholesale, and HORECA customers. n* Execute sales plans and promotional activities to maximize revenue. nn2. Customer Relationship Managementnn* Maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, wholesalers, and key accounts. n* Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups. n* Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for timely solutions. n* Negotiate pricing, promotions, and shelf placement with customers. nn3. Market Coverage & Merchandisingnn* Ensure effective route planning and market coverage. n* Monitor product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards at outlets. n* Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize expiries or damages. n* Implement trade marketing activities and in-store promotions. nn4. Order Management & Collectionsnn* Generate orders and ensure timely delivery coordination. n* Monitor customer outstanding balances and support collection activities. n* Ensure compliance with company credit policies. nn5. Market Intelligencenn* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches. n* Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to management. n* Submit dailyweekly sales reports and market updates. nn6. Inventory & Distribution Coordinationnn* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability. n* Track stock movement and forecast demand within the assigned territory. n* Support efficient distribution and replenishment processes. nnnnTerritory Coveragenn* Assigned regions within Oman including retail, wholesale, and key account channels. nnnnDeliverables KPIsnn* Achievement of sales targets. n* New customer acquisition. n* Market coverage effectiveness. n* Product visibility and merchandising compliance. n* Collection efficiency and overdue reduction. n* Outlet productivity growth. n* Timely submission of reports. nnnQualifications & Experiencenn* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred. n* Minimum 3 years FMCG sales experience in Oman. n* Valid Oman driving license. n* Strong knowledge of retail and distribution channels in Oman. n* Good communication and negotiation skills. n* Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
