
We are looking for an IT & Cybersecurity Administrator responsible for managing the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, Azure infrastructure, and cybersecurity systems. The role will ensure the company’s data, email systems, and devices are secure, protected from cyber threats, and compliant with best security practices. nnThe candidate will manage Microsoft Defender, Azure security policies, device protection, and data leak prevention, ensuring business continuity and protecting the company from hacking attempts, ransomware, or data breaches. nnKey ResponsibilitiesnMicrosoft 365 AdministrationnManage Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). nAdminister user accounts, permissions, and access policies. nImplement data loss prevention (DLP) policies to protect company data. nManage email security, spam filtering, and phishing protection. nAzure & Identity ManagementnManage Microsoft Azure environment and security policies. nConfigure Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for secure identity management. nImplement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies. nMonitor login activity and detect suspicious access attempts. nnCybersecurity & Threat ProtectionnManage Microsoft Defender security suite across company devices. nMonitor security alerts and respond to potential threats. nImplement endpoint protection and device compliance policies. nProtect the company from malware, ransomware, and phishing attacks. nnDevice & Endpoint ManagementnManage company laptops, phones, and workstations via Microsoft Intune. nEnforce device security policies and software updates. nEnsure company devices are compliant with security standards. nnData Protection & BackupnEnsure OneDrive and SharePoint data are protected and backed up. nImplement policies to prevent data leakage or unauthorized file sharing. nMonitor storage and manage secure file access. nIT Infrastructure MonitoringnMaintain overall security of company IT infrastructure. nMonitor system logs and security dashboards. nConduct periodic security audits and risk assessments. nnRequirementsnBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity. n3–5 years experience managing Microsoft 365 environments. nStrong experience with:nMicrosoft 365 Admin CenternAzure Entra IDnMicrosoft DefendernIntune Endpoint ManagementnnExperience implementing:nMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA)nConditional Access PoliciesnData Loss Prevention (DLP)nEmail security policiesnStrong understanding of cybersecurity best practices. nPreferred CertificationsnMicrosoft SC-900 SC-200 SC-300nMicrosoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)nCybersecurity certifications are a plus. nnKey ObjectivesnProtect company systems from cyber attacks and unauthorized access. nEnsure secure management of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. nPrevent data leaks or unauthorized sharing of company information. nMaintain secure IT infrastructure for all employees and devices.
