The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting and auditing IT activities, ensuring quality standards, and handling various IT support functions& Audio/video meeting & solution support is preferred . The ideal candidate should excel in data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and have a foundational knowledge of networking and IT management. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Perform regular reporting and auditing of IT operations to ensure compliance and quality standards. • Handle helpdesk requests efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions. • Conduct data analysis using Excel and prepare reports and presentations using PPT. • Monitor and evaluate IT processes, identifying areas for improvement. • Assist in network administration and support, including basic configuration and troubleshooting. • Support in the implementation and management of ITIL-based IT service management practices. • Maintain documentation of IT assets, activities, and incident records. • Conduct quality checks and ensure that all IT activities adhere to organizational standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems. • Assist in network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting as per CCNA, MCSE, and related certifications. • Help in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations for management review. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in helpdesk, network support, or IT auditing. • Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Basic knowledge of networking concepts, CCNA, MCSE, and ITIL frameworks. • Good communication and interpersonal skills., very good English speaking • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Certification in CCNA, MCSE, ITIL (preferred but not mandatory). ________________________________________ Desired Attributes: • Attention to detail and high quality of work. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to document processes and reports clearly. • Male or female is welcome. send updated resume to
