Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial record-keeping for the company.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure effective financial planning.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Support the preparation of financial statements for audits and tax filings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial record-keeping and reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
