Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources management and possess excellent interpersonal skills. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations.
Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee inquiries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with management to address staffing needs and talent acquisition strategies.
Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Sound knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
