Green Fields Fodder Trading Company (GFFTC) is a newly established fodder company dedicated to providing high-quality feed solutions. With business operations in multiple countries across the Arab world, we are rapidly expanding and seeking a motivated professional to manage our accounting and front-desk operations while overseeing financial records and expenses across different company locations. Job Responsibilities:
The employee will be responsible for the company's accounting and receptionist duties, as well as overseeing and managing financial records, expenses, and operations across multiple company locations. Key responsibilities include: Managing both accounting and front-desk operations. Handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting. Managing company transactions, bank reconciliations, and tax filings. Monitoring and managing the company’s social media profiles and accounts, ensuring engagement and responding to inquiries. Serving as the front desk receptionist, handling phone calls, إيميلs, and visitor inquiries. Maintaining financial records and assisting with budget planning. Ensuring smooth office operations, including scheduling and document management. Maintaining stock levels and stock records, and performing monthly stock counts. Requirements: 1 - 3 years of experience in accounting and/or office administration. Degree, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Ability to control and manage multiple company locations, overseeing expenses and records for each. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills.
