In this role, you will provide high-quality and reliable transportation services to our valued clients. t•tMaintain a clean and presentable vehicle, both inside and outside.
t•tDeliver safe and efficient transportation services using luxury vehicles in Dubai.
t•tFollow traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
t•tAssist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal belongings.
t•tUse navigation tools or follow designated routes to ensure timely and efficient arrivals.
t•tEnsure a comfortable and enjoyable journey for clients by providing outstanding customer service.
t•tRegularly inspect and maintain the vehicle’s condition, reporting any issues promptly.
t•tAddress passenger inquiries, requests, or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
t•tAccurately record trip details, including mileage and expenses.
t•tRepresent the company in a positive and professional manner by adhering to its guidelines and standards. Requirements:
t•tProven experience as a professional driver, preferably in luxury transportation, limousine services, or as a chauffeur.
t•tValid UAE driving license with a clean driving record and no major violations or accidents.
t•tStrong communication and customer service skills.
t•tFamiliarity with ride-hailing applications and their operational procedures.
t•tExcellent knowledge of Dubai’s roads, traffic laws, and local regulations.
t•tPunctual, reliable, and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
t•tPresentable, with a neat and professional appearance.
