Location: El Sheikh Zayed Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee the export process, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws. • Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses. • Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange transportation, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery of shipments. • Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers on the status of orders. • Conduct thorough reviews of shipping documents and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the export process. • Maintain accurate records of export transactions, including shipping documents, contracts, and compliance records. • Stay up to date with changes in export regulations and trade policies to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks. • Identify opportunities to optimize export processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Job Requirements: • 46 years of Experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages is a plus. • Proven experience in export logistics, preferably in a multinational company. • In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance. • Familiarity with export documentation requirements, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve logistical challenges. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers. • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing export documentation and records. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
