Responsibilities:nnVisit project sites and properties regularly. nnCarry out minor maintenance and repair works. nnBasic plumbing repairs. nnBasic electrical repairsnnsockets, lights, and wiring. nnMinor painting and touch-up works. nnReport site issues and follow up on maintenance tasks.
