Great emphasis is placed upon delivering a broad and balanced curriculum that ensures the children establish a solid foundation of knowledge, skills, and understanding upon which they can build throughout their lives. nnCore Responsibilitiesn• Developing and producing visual aids and teaching resources;n• Organizing learning materials and resources and making imaginative use of resources;n• Developing children’s curiosity and knowledge;n• Working with others, including teaching assistants andor nursery nurses as well as volunteer helpers, to plan and coordinate work both indoors and outdoors;n• Observing, assessing, and recording each child’s progress;n• Attending in-service training;n• Sharing knowledge gained with other practitioners and parents;n• Providing pastoral care and support to children and providing them with a secure environment to learn;n• Motivating and stimulating children’s learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience;n• Ensuring the health and safety of children and staff is maintained during all activities, both inside and outside the nurseryschool;n• Keeping up to date with changes in the curriculum and developments in best practices. n• Assisting with the development of children’s personalsocial and language abilities;n• Supporting the development of children’s basic skills, including physical coordination, speech, and communication;n• Encouraging children’s mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing, and imaginative play;nnQualificationsn• University degree in Early Childhood Education or other specialization provided that it is accompanied by a certified vocational certificate in the care and education of early childhood children (level III).
